Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. General provisions

2. Subscriptions and renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard; access remains available until the end of the paid period.
3. How to request a refund
Қызмет толық көлемде көрсетілмеген жағдайда, төлем жасалған күннен бастап 14 күн ішінде refund@tunio.ai поштасына жазып қайтарым сұрай аласыз. Хатта аккаунттың email-ін, шот нөмірін және жағдай сипаттамасын көрсетіңіз.
4. Non-refundable cases
Қайтарым берілмейді: толық көрсетілген қызметтерге, пайдаланылған төленген кезеңдерге, сондай-ақ клиенттің сұрауы бойынша орындалған жұмыстарға және/немесе интеграцияларға.
5. Processing timeline
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary. If the original method is unavailable, we will offer an alternative compliant with Armenian banking regulations.
6. Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact us so we can resolve the issue quickly. Unresolved chargebacks may result in suspension of the account and related services.
7. Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy to reflect updates in legislation or our offerings. Changes take effect upon publication on the website.
