Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. General provisions
Tunio 服务以订阅形式以数字方式提供。激活套餐即表示您同意网站上公布的付款条款,并接受本退款政策。
2. Subscriptions and renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard; access remains available until the end of the paid period.
3. How to request a refund
如果服务未完全提供,您可在付款之日起 14 个日历日内发送邮件至 refund@tunio.ai 申请退款。请注明账户邮箱、发票编号以及情况说明。
4. Non-refundable cases
以下情况不提供退款:已完成的服务、已使用的付费周期,以及按客户要求完成的工作和/或集成。
5. Processing timeline
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary. If the original method is unavailable, we will offer an alternative compliant with Armenian banking regulations.
6. Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact us so we can resolve the issue quickly. Unresolved chargebacks may result in suspension of the account and related services.
7. Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy to reflect updates in legislation or our offerings. Changes take effect upon publication on the website.
